ok here's a question for everyone, if you're gonna jump ship, which is the best company to transfer to basing from the fact that we're ISP tech support reps?

alam mo niya ba kanina- i had a sup call, may tinanong akong sup kung pwede niya kunin, pero ayaw niyua pinasa niya ako sa ibang sup... nakaupo siya sa station niya kanina.. buti lang good mood ako kanina.. yun lang.. tinatamad na naman ang isang kupalvisor... heheh

Just like what the other guys said malalaman nyo kung gano "kagaling" *** trainors at sups kapag nagmukha na kayong "****" or nataranta kayo sa floor . Dont worry nandito kami para sumalo sa inyo pero pag pasensyahan nyo rin kami kasi nagtatake din kami ng calls eh hindi tulad ng "iba" na wala gaano ginagawa magtake lang escalation pinagtataguan pa.

hindi naman po sa nambabra sa mga bagong techs... kaya lang its still different once you're on the floor... what u learned from the training is only one fourth of what you will be getting from the floor.... so i just suggest that u use your tools and your resources para hindi maging mahirap sa inyo ang trbaho niyo... eventually, magiging madalil na sa inyo ang lahat... bellieve me!

dont rely on chat too much, hahaba lang aht niyo kakahintay ng sagot....

i am not saying i am a supertech.. pero at least now, hindi na ako nahihirapan sa trabaho ko...
