To be honest if your one of the earliest batches ofcourse before you leave you will wait for the 13th month pay diba... Don't worry pag na secure na namin ang 13th month sige magsawa ka sa west na pinupuri mo...

I'm one of the veterans on this center and I wont recommend this to anybody... I will spare you guys of the trouble with the endless salary discrepancies!!! Imagine having an offer above 16k but only to recieve as low as 3k on your payslip!!! and no one can even figure out, once you check your Log in report nilista kang absent imagine tsk..tsk..

so you guys out there beware, yung mga newbies namin, saka kayo bumalik sa thread na ito after let see 2 months? by then isa na rin kayo sa susumpa sa kanila

I've been to Client Logic i've was getting 2,500 for a salary (parang fast food) 15, na ang contract ko, i think this happens to every call center does it???

Ayusin mu nga english mu erap..anu ba **** mung sabihin? ganito lang po yon, if you don't like WEST, no one is stopping you to get out from it. dami pa naman call centers dyan so doon na lang kayo maginvest ng time nyo na very worth it as you say. unless you use this thread to vent your pent up frustrations with the company. wala pang one year ang company kaya we have our own shortcomings.

graceana is right, pipol in positions are very approachable....and besides, PEX is monitored once in a while in WEST..... kaya nga ban doon sa WEST ang PEX eh.

well..... i'll vent my own experience in hir when i hit the floor on tuesday, 2 days from now.

oh by the way, for the record, our batch got the most highest average grade in a class for the whole batches preceeding us. i don't know if that will hold on for the future batch but.....

^^^ mah darlin', where did you learn those statements? most highest? whole batches preceeding us? >>> please explain, im confused. maybe you "misused" the phrase hold on.... IMHO

not where i'm at. yung time na mababa was when i was absent for quite a while because i got hella sick
