i want to apply sa west. first time ko magaaply sa call center. how much kaya basic dito for dayshift account? gusto ko *** spectrum. i love ots and sometimes din undertime hehe

yung offer po kasi depende sa work experience nyo and sa negotiation mo with the hr. sa initial interview pa lang, sabihin mo na salary na gusto mo. then, if okay naman ang communication skill mo, ipprofile ka sa mas mataas na sweldo altho a bit harder na account. like tsr account. meron ako kasama dito sa comcast account, fresh nursing grads pa. and of course, mataas ang pay.

apply na po kayo, ang saya ng spectrum. hehe.. OT ka or undertime kung gusto mo. minsan pa nga, whole day ang pede mo ibawas sa sched mo eh.. hehe..kaso, nakakawili din magbawas ng oras kaya minsan, pagsisisihan mo din nag bawas ka pa ng oras. pero dun sa mga masisipag, aynako, i know some one who got more than 20k isang cut off. 27k ata nakuha nya or 24. basta more than 20k! pag holiday kasi double pay, tapos pag 7 or 8 days straight, iba computation. may rest day OT na yun. ewan ko kung panu un, di ko pa nagawa. hehe.. tamad ako eeh

oo.TSR post.initial interview ang tanong *** naman sakin mddli *** walang situational.taas ng scores ko sa assessments kumpara sa barkda ko.TSR tapos level 2 ang max basic daw 17k?ano yun?patawa.

usually po, if you have more than 1 yr tech experience, mataas ang offer. pag less, bahala na ang hr mag estimate sayo. baka mas pogi/maganda yung barkada mo. hehehe...chos lang. nag final interview kanaba? or JO? if not, pede mo naman inegotiate pa yan.

Ano ba ang perks at benefits ng West?? Besides sa Magandang payout, Spectrum..... Yung working environment? Yung Peeps? Yung mga Boss? Yung mga Teams? At Yung Attrition level?

yun lang. walang perks mashado dito. ay, im being generous pa with my mashado word. in all honesty, wala pa ko naexperience naperks dito maliban sa free water.
may bayad cofee. walang mga programs programs like sa ibang call center na may mga events. sa iba diba, pupunta yung mga credit card companies para mag offer ng card, mga shoe brands, resto, bazaar, etc.
dito ang event lang ay si manong janitor na nagbebenta ng mga dvd.

masaya sa floor because of the people. di naman KJ mga boss dito. kainuman mo pa nga eh. hehe.. yung WEST company lang mismo kulang sa energy. matatamlay ata mga HR people dito.
