Usual brands. Colgate. Close up. Beam. Pepsodent. Etc. I dont think it makes a difference, with the exception of Colgate Total. Nafefeel ko talaga na nalilinis yung teeth ko.

Both mouthwash and toothpaste ko OraCare. No fluoride yung toothpaste so mas safe (lalo na pag sensitive teeth) and tama yung commercial no sting talaga yung mouthwash! Aprub!

My doctor recommended I use Gumtect when she realized I had sensitive gums. It was really effective. That I was able to convince a couple of people to use it.

Colgate and Paradontax. I use Colgate in removing residues (mabula ksi sya), then Paradontax for finishing. Maanghang *** Paradontax pero super fresh sa pakiramdam. Di mo maaamoy *** last na kinain mo hehe. *** ibang brand ksi after mo mag brush, amoy pa din *** kinain mo.
