@ann26
ano yung email add ng HR to send? hindi kasi ako Commerce/Accounting grad so ask ko lang if they have openings for NON ACCOUNTING post.. para may mailagay sa SUBJECT ng email.![]()
Ok. sa mga nagtatanong about sa HR/panel interview, we can't give you specific advice naman kasi. that is very subjective. but in general, just remember that Chevron is the company that:
1. values its people
2. promotes work-life balance
3. prioritizes Safety
4. multi-national / cross-cultural organization
5. flat-based structure
just don't over sell your self. and most importantly, research about the job, and make sure ur plans are aligned to the function and organization as a whole.
at the end of the interview, ask the person about the company. (environment, background, work load, )
also, asked what is next. will they call you back? how soon?
but usually one day processing sila, hehe
recruitment-PH@chevron.com
Well for me, one-day processing lang. that is 2 years ago. Pero i checked the previous posts, meron nga one day. though *** iba, within one week.
Sa akin kasi, simple HR phone interview lang for details (kung willing to work for nightshift, etc)
The following day, I was scheduled for a panel interview at 5:30PM.
Then final interview with the BU Manager at 10PM.
JO the next day.
@Luthor76 - anong tinanong sayo sa final interview? sabi kasi sa akin ng hr may technical pa rin daw eh.
hey can someone help me here?
i have this mini thesis and I'll be submitting it tomorrow na.
my group and I are still confused with regards to SAP and Fingerprint business solutions. can anyone give any info about this? are they connected to each ba? our mini thesis kasi is a review of the IT environment sa oil industry and we chose chevron ph as one of our subjects to form the industry setting.
need any info i can get regarding IT environment sa chevron, may it be past ten years, present and future. also *** level ng erp outsourcing.
thanks thanks thanks!!
just had my final interview. Its more on asking your preferences such as shift and accounts. Siguro to para malagay ka nila kung saan ka dapat. Then jo after. For medical na ko. Siguro naman pasado na ko dun. Hehe. Maselan ba sila sa medical exam nila?
Hi, I also had an interview with Chevron yesterday. And I'm looking forward for the panel maybe week ng Sept 13 or Sept 20 daw. Just one question though. I was checking with other friends how was the benefit and working environment there but one of my friend says "negative" things like there was one BU na na-dissolved daw. Also benefits is not ok.un p naman *** ni-lolook forward ko. Is it true na may educationl benefits sila? how was the working environment and people out there. she said demoralized na raw mga pips dun and mataas ang attrition rate? I'm interested to non cash benefits like healthcard, allowances (transpo, meal, clothing) etc etc etc. Please please please anybody enligthen me naman po.. so as I know if I'll push through or not.. Thanks a lot!!!
THESE ARE MY PERSONAL VIEWS... THE COMPANY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS.
-Dissolved BU? No. Dissolved team? Yes. Reason? Business need. the process is no longer needed. So how are the existing employees? they were placed to other teams.. Some resigned. Is chevron downsizing? Right sizing. And some projects are coming in.
"how was the working environment and people out there. she said demoralized na raw mga pips dun and mataas ang attrition rate?"
-attrition rate... yes. why? because some processes were transferred to dayshift. no night diff, no transpo. i believe people are leaving primarily because of this.
as for the benefits, it is my choice not to divulge such information... sorry. But i am thankful that i am being paid more than my peers in other companies doing the same job/functions as mine.
as for the non cash bens, back-reading will be really helpful![]()
