Hey guys, question lang po. What does a headhunting firm do for a company (as in the case of ksearch to chevron)? Para ba silang HR/recruitment lang, it's just that di sila in house? How do they get paid? If ever you pass your resume to them and you get hired, would they take a portion of your salary every month as payment? Haha! or chevron pays for their services? Just wondering kasi where i should pass my resume... directly sa HR ng chevron or dapat sa ksearch? =) thanks...

ksearch is the headhunter for chevron... tutulungan ka lang nila makapasok pero you will be paid directly by chevron... ang means of income ng mga ganyan is yung mga referrals nila... you can send to both para at least safe...

For us candidate-applicants, headhunters don't get a cut from our salary, nor do we pay them for their services. Free of charge sila sa atin... in a sense, parang nagkatawang-taong Jobstreet.Com ang mga headhunters.

Oy. Don't confuse them with recruitment/placement agencies. Eto yung mga nagpapabayad sa yo para magkatrabaho ka. Kadalasan eto yung mga for foreign deployment... mala-OFW.

yung final interview ba, may kasama na ding job offer? or separate pa yun?

mugen_ek pano yung panel interview nila? mahirap ba? kasi dun ako nakaschedule na next eh. finish na ko sa initial interview with ksearch, hinihintay ko na *** yung sched ko for the panel interview.

sabi sakin ng ksearch initial interview, panel interview with the TLs, final interview with the TL where you would be assigned tapos job offer na...pagka intindi ko separate yung final interview sa job offer.

pagkaalam ko rin separate ang final interview from the job offer... although sometimes both happen on the same day pag available lahat ng concerned approvers at ma-draft yung offer agad =)

my friend work sa chevron geothermal sa 6750. she's under the supply chain management. and she said ok daw ****..super.. i wish ako din mkapasok dun.
