Hi mga Sirs. I would just like to inquire whether GXS accepts career shifters? Currently I'm a TL in a BPO environment. I have been a TL for almost 4 years now and I would like to apply as a Business Analyst. Do you think I would qualify? I have a brief idea of how Business Analyst works and their JD because I work closely with them but I am not sure whether what I know would already suffice for me to qualify. Can anyone shed some light on this? and I'm also curious whether GXS can match my current salary since I am just a career shifter?

I think nag-aaccept naman sila ng career shifter. I actually know someone na TL din sa call center na natanggap. I believe sa intermediate level siya nilagay but not an analyst. Ang hindi ko lang sure kung kaya nila tapatan ang current salary mo, but I bet na hindi. Napakakuripot ng GXS kaya nga ang daming nagresign. Then, ang ginagawa ng analyst usually nagawa ng specifications based sa binigay ng client. Meron din mga times na kailangan mo nag setup ng call kung hindi kayo magkaintindihan.

Sir thank you for this information. Tiga GXS po ba kayo? siguro i'll cross the bridge na lang when I get there. Baka sakali maging ok naman *** offer. Mukang maganda naman kasi *** benefits nila. Saka ayoko na din kasi ng shifting schedules na GY kaya gusto ko sana try at para ma explore din opportunities sa IT.
