Based on my experience, "sobrang sarap"... not really. Nde lahat ng employee sa gxs eh mabibigyan ng perks like the laptop, service fone and able to work @ home not unless you're a TL, manager or director.
Also, wala pong OT sa GXS. They only have a meal and transpo reimbursement. MTR kung tawagin namin. So basically, if you decide to work @ home, walang OT as well as walang MTR. But you have a compensatory time-off.
Again, with regards to salary, mas mababa pong magbigay sa GXS compare to other Multinational IT company. Wala ngang salary range until I left. Ewan ko lang kung gagawan nila yan ng paraan. Base sa nabalitaan ko eh meron na yata, but and but... nde pa rin lumaki.
Although maliit ang salary dun, marami naman benefits, naabutan ko pa ang new and improved benefits nila, the rice subsidy and "transpo" allowance (which you can use in anything, not limited to transportation).
And the increase, hayyy... on your regularization around 5%. And @ your anniversary, masuwerte ka na kung makakakuha ka ng 8% (10% being the highest.)
May trainings nga sa GXS and one might get an opportunity to assign onshore for the project.
Another point, maganda ang work environment. They have flexible working hours, nde masyado mabigat ang work and you'll feel very relaxed coz you can wear jeans any day of the week!![]()
So for me, GXS is a good company. But its not the best. So sabi nga ni keneshea, mag-ask ka kayo ng gusto nyong compensation. Basta wag lang kayo papabarat ng husto kc gawain nila yan lately.
