i'm currently working here in MAERSK GSC, to tell you the truth ok na company toh, in terms of salary para sa fresh grad, mababa lang ang offer, pero may yearly appraisal naman and benefits are good, and aside from this malaki ang chance to travel abroad specially if you are looking forward for a greener pasture, magandang stepping stones ang maersk, sa mga nag-apply depende dun sa account nyo ang paghihire sa inyo, kasi most of the back office works are migrated here sa Philippines, kapag nakafinal interview ka na its either 2 weeks or months kung tatatawag sila, but most of the time i would suggest na after 1 mos wala pa apply na *** sa iba kasi madami din internal hiring, baka isa sa mga kalaban nyo sa post is from other dept. which is an edge, syempre mas prioritize na maersk ang loyalty ng mga employees.. for fresh grad what i can say is hindi masamang mag-start ng mababa ang sahod upfront, ang isipin nyo ay ang makakuha muna kayo ng experience for you to gain more knowledge and if your not satisfy pwede kayong lumipat at least may bala na kayo for experience, di madamot ang maersk sa appraisal performance as long na marereach nyo yung prod hours required at *** mga metrics/goals ..

if you're a graphic artist, i suggest wag ka na lang sa maersk mag apply. Though magandang company talaga ang maersk, hindi nga lang pang-graphic artist to. baka madisappoint ka lang. suggestion lang naman po..

Gusto ko sana sa maersk kaso baka matagal na naman before ako kontakin after ng final interview...

And if you have any feedback about BPO International pls inform..

  9. #1049
^^ then go for the JO and the final interview..

  11. #1051

depende kz yung iba daw after 1 or 2 months pa bago nagkaJO sa kanila then yung iba with in 2 weeks lang.. Pwede din paghintayin mo muna yung JO mo sa kabila, attend ka muna ng Final interview mo.

  14. #1054
I attended both the JO and final interview pero once na tumawag maersk for JO, ipa-prioritize ko yun... I really want to be part of maersk..

gusto ko lang malaman if I missed a great opportunity dun?
I worked as logistics staff for 2 years noon , ***** nagwork ulit ako, same position, for almost 2 years na rin..

naguguluhan ako... sa friday contract signing ko na sa BPO Int'l but im still waiting for Maersk to call...

Please help me what to do..

  17. #1057
okay dito, masaya yung trabaho di ganun kalakihan yung sweldo sa mga entry level hanggang specialist, pero wag ka, once naging manager ka sobrang laki, marami ding internal hiring dito which is great, pero usually dpat nakarender ka atleast 6 months para makapagapply dun, basta okay ang tao dito,

  18. #1058
    @ynnos20

sign mo na yung contract sa bpo int'l. then magresign ka na lang in case bigyan ka ng JO sa maersk at least may back up ka kung sakaling wala ka palang aasahan sa maersk...ganyan din nangyari sa kin mayron ako JO sa isang company nauna na akong nagsign dun bago pa ko kontakin ng maersk for employment with them...syempre priority ko itong sa gsc and now im part of the world's no.1 shipping co.
