nag pass kasi ako ng resume through email pero 2 weeks na wala parin reply.

piece of advice, pag nagsusubmit ka ng resume, isipin mo na lang parang di ka nagsubmit. hwag ka na lang aasa na tatawagan ka. kahit sa anong company ka mag-submit, unless urgent ang requirements nila, di ka nila ie-entertain. wala ka rin magagawa, you can't follow-up kasi ni hindi ka pa nga tinatawagan eh. either di nila napansin yung resume mo kasi hindi sya ganun ka-outstanding, or bagsak ka agad sa initial screening nila. either way, wala kang habol dun.

if i were you, submit ka lang ng submit ng resume sa lahat ng companies na makukursanadahan mo and just hope (not any one company in particular) na someone will take notice.

yung isang application ko nga, after two years bago nila ni-process eh. okay lang, at least hindi ako desperado nung tinawagan nila ako... by the time they called, at least may bargaining power na ako kasi i already have a job and experience to ask for a bigger salary.

It turns out, mabagal *** pala **** sila magprocess ng applications. I have an interview really soon, passed the test this week. Anyway, anyone can give me a heads up on what to expect on the first interview? Panel ba? technical or purely behavioral??

depende sa skills mo *** mga ntrvw qstns...kung sa java ka..not bad kung me alam ka sa oop concepts..try mo rin basa ng mga book sa java certifications...usually dun nangagaling *** mga dqstns nila...makakatulong din kung me idea *** sa struts...hope this helps..gud luck...

hello! nagexam ako last-last week, then nainterview na ko nung friday. feeling ko ok naman interview ko, and i think they base it also w/ my good grades. pero mga ilang weeks bago ulit *** 2mawag to inform me na matatangap ba ako or hindi.

as far as i know...madali lang ang processing nila..*** exam,malalman agad *** results within a day, kaso mdami ata applicants masyado kaya medyo matgal *** pagtwag..if you want..followup ***.....

eh di interview pa ulit..usually 2-3 interviews yan...per0 kung galing kang SVI direct hire ka ..no nid to take d exam, *** ntrvw ..formality n lang un...

Haba ng exam nila. May English, Comprehension, Math and Abstract Reasoning. Buong umaga yon. If ever may technical exam pa na worth around two hours.

hay... naalala ko number 3 yung pointwest sa list ng gusto ko pasukan.. kaso nga lang nkailang submit na ko ng resume di naman kme nakapag exam man lang... kaya ayun.. kay number 4 na ako pumasok...
