I am for interview on pointwest technologies in citibak tower in paseo , could anyone here knew where im getting too??? hows the work in pointwest???

hmmm... lemme see... i haven't actually worked for this company, but here are some of the most common observations made by me and some of my friends...

same rate as that of svi (?)...
same working environment as that of svi (?)...
same benefits as that of svi, except for the midyear bonus, major stockholder is a chinese that's why (?)...
lesser number of leaves as compared with that of svi (?)...
familiar faces from svi (?)...

these aren't actually factual but mere observations that's why i put (?) at the end of the statements...

objectively, here are my inputs.
it is located 5th floor of citibank towers in paseo makati.
kinda small office, relatively small population of programmers and analysts (i'm not sure if they have moved to another location or increase their manpower).
OTs are paid at the end of the year. but seldom do these OTs get approved. hehehe. it has to be highly scrutinized by the managers before getting approved... and i tell you you'll be spending more hours on OTYs than having them as paid OTs. hehehe. this is the primary reason why my friend resigned from the company.

actually, if there's an openning for new grads in an IT firm, try to grab it. that's my advice. mahirap kasi makahanap ng trabaho without any experience... kahit may training ka pa. this is especially true during hard times.

Exam? Uhmmm... the usual stuff, english vocabulary (na sa totoo lang ay ngayon ko lang narinig yung mga words), analysis, IQ and math/algebra exam.

Kakatawag lang sa akin nung HR, pasado ako May interview ako sa Thursday!
