my orientation kame kahapon..then yun sinabi yung magiging role ng Data Analyst/programmer trainee..then na disappoint ako kasi yung job eh parang Call Center *** din.ag diffrence eh face to face lang ang communication sa client.then 6 month training.at di pa sinabe ang payment sa trainig eh. one week lang training sa java..sana di na sinali sa job title yung programmer trainee..kasi di naman na meet yung pagiging programmer eh.Tama din pala yung iba na nagsabe na hindi iimporve ang IT skills mo dito..pero sa in other side ok din kasi maiimprove ang communication skills at may chnce na mai deply sa abroad..kaso nag dadalwang isp na ako.hehe
I'm interested with this company. I just want to know if this is a good stepping stone for an ECE like me. I am not very familiar with Java but I have experience with other programming languages.
Think twice before entering this company.
I can't tell you guys more details right now but as much as possible, avoid this company. There are so many companies that offer career growth, Misys is not one of them. I'll tell you the details soon if they force my hand.
please do tell, para mas madali magdecide :?
