In my opinion mas advantageous ang referral from a headhunter like JC than direct.

The biggest pro is the mere recommendation of a headhunter already gives you a huge advantage over someone applying directly. Kung baga if you pass the interview of a headhunter you skip the typical initial interview when directly applying and talon ka na sa interviews with a supervisor or manager... And headhunters interviews are much easier than interviews by direct application, syempre its in their interest na sana you get hired so they get paid!

Ok naman itong headhunter na ito. Try niyo lang. Maganda yung mga clients nila.
Sino or ano'ng companies yung client nila?

I don't think they mention their clients at first. It depends I guess when you qualify.

I've seen a couple of negative feedback in this thread, but so far my experience with the company was okay. I was processed quickly (I was early so that might have something to do with it also). I was greeted first at 12B, I had an interview and exam at B1 (that's their recruitment center), then interview again at 12B. I say a good recommendation from a good source can lead to good opportunities. (Just don't get so picky and obnoxious as some of those applicants I was with. )

I was able to go through the application process in John clements.. i had my phone interview, written examination, typing examination and then in-depth interview..

It really depends in your in-depth interview as to which company they will be endorsing you..

I was endorsed to a call center in Taguig and one in Mandaluyong.. I did not apply to both because of the location and as well as the account...

Advantage: They know which call centers can offer your expected salary.
Disadvantage: You will be endorsed to distant call centers. Basically, you will undergo the same process when you walk in and apply in those call centers, it is just that when you are from JC, you have this endorsement letter.

may pre orientation ako mamaya sa John Clements any advice kung anu yung mga mangyayari? pero meron akong final interview bukas, I don't get it, any response for my concern please Sir/Mam

Share ko lang yung naging experience ko sa head hunter na to one month ago. I undergo the screening process:

    1. Written exam
    2. Phone interview
    3. Typing exam (at least 40 wpm with 98% accuracy)

Last yung initial interview. Since yung typing speed and flexibility sa sched lang naman yung requirements for the position online. I believed na mkakaabot man lang ako ng endorsement sa client same nung 2009, last na apply ko s JCC. They called me for client interview but employed na ko that time.

I got higher result for the typing test, 56wpm & 98% accuracy. Then the interviewer told me that she can't endorsed me to their client because I admitted during the interview na second choice ko lang yung pag-apply for that position. I'm an I.T. graduate and planned ko na sana sa field na to. Unfortunately, in this field hirap matanggap kapag entry level at wala ka pang experience so I decided to look for another position na lang.

I felt na ni judged agad ako nung interviewer that I would not commit myself to the Data Analyst position. Parang naging unfair naman ** if ganun. I've been to different companies and I stayed there for almost 3 years and more than 1 year dun sa first even it's not related to my course. Common sense na rin kaya ko ng decide to look for a recruitment firm because I need work asap.

Ok lang naman sa kin kung failed ba but don’t tell na I can't commit. Mejo nasobrahan lang sa part na yon.

    Up for this thread .

I just want to ask something about JCC. I was interviewed already with one of their clients(MNC). I just want to know how long does it takes for them to have the feedback about the interview. I know this is depends on the company but to those who got hired through an agency, how long? Thanks

SILA ANG ORIGINAL HR MO... so they always monitor you.

Kaya tatawagan ka nyan for sure IF NOT John Clements will find a new company for you. Ok!? =)

Are you working in JCC? Talaga, they're going to find a company for me if possible? So depende talaga. Ok, thank you

i'm still waiting a call from them. sabi nila i endorse daw nila ako as china banking corporation. bed weather na wala pa din. mag 2 weeks na rin. hahaha!

i used to work here before nung fresh grad ako..
dineploy nila ako sa isang international company but they told me
na mandatory benefits lang ang ibabawas nila but as i have my 2
salary slip may additional deduction sila kada salary which kinda unfair kasi medyo malaki
kaya i left the company after a month... This is not the JC na sa ayala pero yung agency na subsidiary nila.

I applied here before, and my interviewer explained to me na JCCi is a recruitment consultant. They have several offices around Makati, they call it "divisions". I applied sa JCCi, yun sa LKG. They are all nice and very accommodating. I was endorsed and hired directly under their client in Makati. Walang deductions or any fee. Most of their clients multinational and big time companies talaga. Not sure with the other office pero un sa LKG, direct hiring. They also have yun agency subsidiary, yun nasa Rada. I referred my friends here and luckily, na hire din sila.

They have partnered with an insurance called QBE. I was endorsed and interviewed by Lady called Claudette which happened to be hideous. JCC was good but QBE's recruiter or HR Manager(whatever her role was) Claudette was irritating. She's relentlessly stereotypical assuming midget. She's an airhead and good thing she didn't like me(so did i). I wouldn't wonder if the company will find it hard to be on top of the ladder because of her.

I suggest to miss Claudette not to give much of an attitude to the candidates. One day, she'll wake up alone @ QBE taking all the queues herself. lol. Goodluck!lol.
