They do a significant amount of headhunting, as far as I know. Are you being considered for placement within their group or with one of their clients?

  3. #3
Some of their interviewers are not that good....
I was interviewed few months back at mas kinakabahan pa yung interviewer kesa sakin

im not sure, what do you mean by one of their clients? you mean this is like a placement agency? do i have to pay them in the end? thanks!

  5. #5
They are "executive recruiters" and no, you don't have to pay them. If you end up getting hired your employer pays them.

    Cool

JC is not that good now... before they are when they pioneer the headhunting industry. However, gone thouse old days...latak na ang mga clients nila

  10. #10

I used to work for a headhunting firm before. Our Managing Director used to be part of one of the divisions of John Clements. Actually, I know some people there myself. OK lang **** mag-apply sa headhunters, including John Clements. I guess they're still the biggest in the industry. If ever you guyz receive a call from them, ask them kung saang division ng John Clements.

As far as I'm concerned, they have the ff. divisions:
    1. Staffbuilders Asia - for contractuals/project-based employees
    2. Professional Staffers - for regular, local placements (from Rank-and-File to Managerial)
    3. EDI-Staffbuilders - for overseas placements

You can also apply at my previous company, EJ Hall Consultants. Contact nos: 812-6966. Just look for Catherine Simpao, Albert Nuñez or Ria Labit.

    Hope this info helps!

hay naku. I saw an ad they posted in Jobstreet before for back office position for Shell. They called me up for an interview so punta naman ako. Nagsayang lang ako ng oras dito at nung time na i-interviewhin nako, pinila nila ako sa mga nag-apply as tier 1 call center agents, samantalang supervisory nako sa CC ko that time. Eff you!

  20. #19

  21. #20
^ hmm... dapat hinanap mo *** consultant na naginvite sayo for an interview... alam mo ba name niya?
