    The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
--> i used to be such a pessimist, and didn't believe in destiny and fate, and signs. but now, i see that i can take control of my life without abandoning beliefs in higher beings.

Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch
--> his presentation of god may be considered blasphemous for some, but this book has been an eye-opener for me. he depicted god as a very open individual who accepts each and every person for who he/she really is. walang judgment.
