it has been years since we went to Vigan. stayed at Giordion. its great to know that there are places in the Philippines were you could walk the streets without a care in the world.

foodies galore at the Vigan Market.

the only draw back ... one has to learn Ilokano

There is a place in Vigan where you can stay - it's called the Villa Angela.
Check this out, this might help:

    Special Offerings:

    Room rates during regular season:
 Cuarto del Senor (Master bedroom at P 2,500 / night)
 Cuarto de lasHijas (Girls room at P 2,800/night - has 3 large beds
    sufficient for 5 people)
 Cuarto de los Hijos (Boys room at P 2,800/night)
 Cuarto Pequeno (literally "small room" -- used to be the boy's study room at P 1,500/night)

     Dormitory B for 12 persons - P 6,600.
