Pamamanhikan......remember?

Sorry for the delay. Actually, the pamamanhikan itself has been delayed for several months because my relatives from the States wants to experience how it is being done here. Just to update, the pamamanhikan took place last sunday with a lot of my relatives witnessing it. I brought some foods, desert and wine. It went well and I was just accepted by the family of my fiance, officially, that is. Even the speech went well and I received an applause from everybody after which, my fiance's father shook my hands and congratulated us. The wedding will officially take place middle of next year. Thanks for all the tips and sorry again for the postponment and delays.

A dearfriend of mine way back had this pamamanhikan,it took them several years before his father in law accepted them they already had 2 kids. And the worst part about it his wife's picture in their house,her father took it down and replaced it with the picture of their dog.
