^exactly 11 days. tinawagan ako kanina. pero sabi nung HR dapat last week pa daw yung JO ko. Bukas ako pupunta, pinagdadala din ako ng payslip

I applied here before for CSR post. Grabe baba ng offer 15k lang ang basic at sabi ng HR yun na daw ang ceiling. Sa sama ng loob ko I turned it down. Tapos nalaman ko nalang na up to 18k ang offer nila sa CSR to think 4 years na ang experience ko sa call center.

Hi, sino dito mapalad na na-hired sa Emerson recently?. Share your experience about JO/Recruitment. Im done with my final interview last week. Foreign counterpart (US Based) ang nagconduct ng final interview. Tapos after nun, sinabi sakin nung tiga-Emerson who interviewed me nung 2nd interview, na hintayin ko daw yung advise ng recruitment this week.
My questions are:
1. Kapag ba umabot ka ng final interview, meaning to say guaranteed na pasado ko na ("formality" or "courtesy call" lang ba ang purpose ng final interview sa foreign counterpart)?
2. Gaano po ba katagal ang process ng JO (meron akong former colleague na nag-apply din sa emerson, same position, same recruiter, same panel interviewers at same group din. In less than 2 weeks meron na agad siyang JO)?

Sana may makatulong sa inyo guys. Hoping ako na ma-hire din sa Emerson. Thanks!

@InverseChebyshev almost 1 month na *** process ng application ko ok na dw yung background check,,nagtxt din kc sken yung mga nilagay kong character reference.. ko tapos nirequired nila ako na magpa spot film *** pumunta ulet ako sa clinic..di ko alam kung may problem pero wag naman sana.. wait sa result and then hopefully tumawag na sila for orientation

X ray ** ** pero sa lungs ata..sana wlang problem..wala naman ako bisyo..pinabalik lang kasi ako ng hr dun para magpa spot test..Actually hindi ako nag Berlitz..tinawagan nila ako for interview sa makati...nka 3 ako interview nung gabi..tapos ng wait ng 2 weeks for job offer

Can anyone tell me kung mataas o mababa na ang 21k a month sa offer or demand sa position na Order Entry Specialist? approved ba yun sa no experience in order processing at kung merong experience in order processing for 2 years abroad approved din kaya yun?

halos 3 weeks ang duration ng application based sa exp. ko I applied mga mid ng May 2012 for same position. 1st is yung intrview with HR then I was scheduled for 2nd interview with Order Mgt dept. Manager ata or TL after 3 days, then 1 week pa nung ma schedule ako ng Panel Intrview with 5 Managers as a panelist. then kinabukasan I received a call for my medical and that was yesterday and contract signing at the same day. Now I got the job and ready to start This June next week.
