    I had my interview this morning for the position of material analyst and I think it went well. Ill be having the next interview with the division head in the USA 2 to 3 weeks from now.

    Hey guys any input regarding the excel exam?

    Ang weird kasi ng case ko sa Emerson. The HR advised me to wait for the Job Offer. Then I asked her if I am already sure of the position. She said no and I need to take the exam 1st. Parang ang gulo kasi mauuna ang job offer before yung exam?

    Normal process for Emerson
    1. Initial Interview - by hr, by supervisor and/or manager of Manila Team
    2. If you pass item1 you would take online exam
    3. If you pass item2 you will be interview by USA managers
    4. If you pass item3 you will take IELTS exam
    5. If you pass item4 then its job offer time

    Sometimes interview with US managers takes 2 to 3 times depending on the position and usually panel type. Also there will be a case that you would still be interview after the IELTS exam.

    This is my application process:

    1. Phone Interview by the HR.
    2. Interview with the supervisor
    3. Interview with US counterpart

    After that the HR advised me to wait for the Job Offer. Then I asked her if I am already sure of the position, she said no because as what I have said I need to take the exam. How come that ill be having the job offer 1st before the exam?
