Trainee posistion nila ang baba ng bigay. Mas mababa pa sa minimum, allowance daw which would last for about 4-5 months. Bonded ka for 3 years na pwede mo i-buyout kapag nanalo ka sa Lotto/Sweepstakes...

sa akin naman, ok ang offer dahil project based ako.since recession, nagbawas ng tao ang project namin at natanggal ako. nag early resign ako nung jan 2010 dahil hanggang feb 2010 na lang kami. ang problema, hanggan ngayon di ko pa nakukuha ang last pay at clearance ko. di ko alam kung ba't ganun katagal magpirma ang upper management. i suggest sa mga naghahanap ng trabaho if may ibang options pa kayo, wag muna kayo mag-apply sa fujitsu-weserv

Fresh grad ka po ba? Meron silang bootcamp under Fujitsu Ph. SI sila (fujitsu) while WeServ is into outsourcing. This April na ang start. Baka dito ka nila iassign...

May kakilala ako nagtagal sa WeServ for 4 yrs. Ito ang first job nya. Ngayon nasa M*s*s na siya. Baka kilala mo hehe.

1. during hiring period they were insinuating that majority of my stay i would be deployed to the US, that didn't happen.

2. if you're not a regular employee (i.e. a direct project hire), benefits are 5 service incentive leaves, SSS, HDMF, PhilHeath, that's it. regulars are 1st class citizens here

3. i got sidetracked to an old skill (VB6) for quite some time but I managed to get back on my primary skill (.NET).

4. outrageous amount of bond, totoo yung sinabi na kelangan tumama sa lotto. in my case, millions.
