How do you get from Iloilo to Bacolod? What are the must-sees in Bacolod and where's a good but affordable place to stay in? Planning on going to Iloilo before the year ends and if Bacolod's just nearby, might as well go there na rin Thanks guys, hope you can help me out.

    More of Bacolod.
    I'd like to visit.
I speak Ilonggo/Hiligaynon but not Castillan.

This was posted at another forum.
I've encountered so many Filipinos from different regions.
I find Ilonggos to be more formal and more loyal than anyone.
    I grew up in Davao.

To get to Bacolod from Iloilo, take the ferry. Trips are scheduled as early as 6am till about 5ish pm, and the boat leaves every hour or so. It takes only about 1 hour and once at the port of Bacolod (BREDCO), its just 5mins away into the downtown area.
