hi!
up ko lang ang thread na ito, how is it working with Headstrong? please post your comments?
yeahHS is a very good company compared to my previous employers. ive been in HS since May 06 and deployed in their client.
As much as possible, HS does not require their employee to render OTs.
Despite of too much pressured in the work, we find time (all of us) for leisures such as a Badminton Competition, Dinners, and etc.![]()
They treat people not just an 'employee'. They send out trainings schedules for your career growth too.![]()
Compensation ay dependi sa previous salary mo or shall we say 'magkano ka ba?'
Benefits are two thumbs up. Bonuses ay hmmmmm... mag post nlng ako ulit in the middle of december or next yr January.
D pa ako nkatanggap ng bonus/es. bago pa me.
so PEXers here na not from headstrong pa. lipat na ***![]()
as referral nyo ako a.![]()
Wow earth tindi ng paghahanap mo ng referals ah! hehe ^_^ \m/
i have a friend from HS.. they are now hiring fresh grads for java training. pls email ur cv to recruitment@headstrong.com. if u have additional questions, just email them na lang..
Guys, do anyone know magkano salary net for the e-learning position here?
@snoopy2....Sa Headstrong ka ba nagwowork?
i have a friend that works in head strong... mukhang ok naman dun![]()
Which subject heading do need to address? Me bond ba? What if kung di na fresh grad like say has experience na for 2 years (pero ibang PL), pwede pa rin ba sa position na to?Originally Posted by snoopy2
Hi guys!
Tanong ko lang kung magkano starting salary for SAP ABAP Programmers with 1 1/2 experience in ABAP programming and Visual Studio and 1 year in Hardware/IT Tech Support Assistant.
Mga 40tau ba? thanks!
i'll have my final interview at their client' on monday..after that if the result is OK..they'll give me an offer..lets just see if the offer is good enough..my asking salary is more than 40K (.NET with 3+ years exp)..the HR said if i'm willing to have a starting salary lower than expected, but after the probation period (6 monthys) which depends on performance..they'll give the expected salary...i said its ok..mukhang OK sa HS..the last manager i talked too said its very very very tough to get into HS..you have to get through series on interviews and you must be very proficient in English because all of them are very good in communication..so that you can be easily be assigned to any projects overseas if needed..check their website.. http://www.headstrong.com they have many openings at manila office..
I agree, it looks pretty hard to get into Headstrong. I applied for an ABAP Consultant position (not entry-level), and in my initial walk-in interview I got slapped right away with a 10 question written exam. It wasn't easy, the difficulty was on the level of an official certification exam, or close to it.
Fortunately, I must have passed because I was called back for a technical interview. This time, my ABAP programming experience was put to the test. I was first asked to rate myself on a scale of 1 to 4 in each ABAP skill. Then I was asked a series of questions based on my ratings. At the end, given a real world scenario, I was tasked to come up with a programming solution. I must confess, I walked out of their office a little shaky, but I did the best I could.
All in all, it was a pretty comprehensive technical interview, and I advise others not to take their Headstrong applications lightly. Be prepared... pretend it's final exam week.
mga repapips, sino po dito nag-work or currently working sa HeadStrong? feedback naman po...

oki meron na palang thread, makikisali ako ha
what are the chances na ma-accept ka ng client? most likely po what kind of interviews do they conduct? super technical po ba? how many interviews po kaya?
kasi i have this offer na at HS, been interviewed by a pm and a senior guy. kaya ko in-accept kasi gusto ko ma-experience to travel abroad, so gusto ko yung pine-present nilang project for me. kaya lang, interbyuhin pa pala ako ng client, so hindi pa pala final na dun ako sa project na yun. hmm... pointers naman po sana pexers, would really appreciate it.
ano po ba mangyayari pag di nakuha ng client, mabe-bench out ba ko?![]()
