If you like slams, you might wanna check out some Quinton "Rampage" Jacksons fights. The dude is crazy. He even slammed Sakuraba a couple of times. Ran into V. Silva's knees couple of times though. Ouch.

Si arona ba yung nakita ko sa highlight na pinower bomb ni rampage?

If you consider Guy Mezger a striker, Saku has defeated Mezger before. He just happens to have a difficult time with elite stand up fighters.
As the physically weak man can make himself strong by careful and patient training, so the man of weak thoughts can make them strong by exercising himself in right thinking.

Here's the piledriver. Note that Nog is "only" about 230 lbs., while Sapp is a monstrous 360 lbs.

Hey guess what, Sean O'Haire, formerly with the WWE, is joining K-1's World Grand Prix next month. Hope he does well!

  17. #37
I don't think Sean O'Haire will do well in K-1 against top opposition. He got KO'd by Musashi in the K-1 New Year's Eve show. He was just charging in swinging wildly. It worked against Shungo Oyama though (MMA rules). That's not saying much though, it's Oyama's job to lose.

  18. #38
Well to be fair to Oyama, he DID beat Renzo Gracie, but then again Renzo hasn't been in great shape lately either. My question is if O'Haire has no business being in K-1 (let alone the World Grand Prix), what is he doing there in the first place? I know that K-1 likes freak shows (Bob Sapp, Butterbean, etc.) but even O'Haire isn't THAT big (physically) anymore.

  19. #39
Well O'Haire claims that he trains primarily as a kickboxer/striker. I think he could do ok, but maybe not just yet. Take on a few lower tier k-1 fighters before stepping up against the best. I don't know, maybe he also had the typical japanese "short notice" before his fight with Musashi. I think they signed him because he's pretty well known in the japanese pro-wrestling circles.
