    Weekend Football ("soccer") Clubs!

sorry kung may post nang ganito.

I'm a frustrated football player. Can't find anyone else to play with! Does anybody have sunday (pwede rin saturday) football clubs up that are willing to take people in?

what weekend football clubs are out there (hopefully in the pasig-qc-mandaluyong area)?

i'm itching to play already! i haven't played in a looong time...

hey me too. i havn't played since 3 years ago becuse of my friends who play have gone abroad already. All i do now is just watch football on Tv but even that is hard here in our country. I don't know any specific football club that lets people play what i know is this. Every Wednesday and saturday around 4pm upwards i think there is a club called FC sikad and some other people who play at the UP sunken garden, only problem is i dont know if they take in non-UP grads. There are people playing football every tuesdays and thursdays 7-8pm yata at Corinthians park, I dont know if this is any specific club but i was invited once to play but i could get pass the gaurds at the gate who wouldnt let me in because i wasn't a home owner. There are several foreign and local people playing football at Colegio de San Agusting football field every Sunday around 3pm, i really don't know any people playing here which is why i couldnt seem to join and play with them. There is also a Football team of Nomad sports club but it requires you to be a member of the nomad sports club of the philippines, its mostly composed of Expats and foreign players. They have practices every weekends. I also know of a club in Ayala alabang, there are people who play at the Cuenca street park in ayala alabang every weekends. but like the rest i don't know anyone from there.
Anyway i hope this helps and if any case you get to play i hope i can join in. I used to be a fanatic football player even if i am not that good a player, I relaly just love playing the game. PM or post here any other info of club that anyone can easily join in. If that doesn't work we can always form a football club, just make sure there is a venue to play this amazing game.

If ever this pushes thru, a PEX FC in the future can be formed. Count me in.

CAn i still add. There are military men playing football on the navy and army grounds at fort bonifacio on weekends. Plus you see several people playing in the ateneo football field on weekends too.

i play in admu every saturday and sunday. games usually start at around 3:30 pm and the field's open to anyone except for know-it-alls who like to show off rather than have fun.

i usually play on saturdays cause there aren't that too many people. the place is jam-packed on sundays (12-15 a side!) but there are lots of fields there so you shouldn't have any problems joining a game. all you have to do is ask.

anyone know if there are weekend games played in marikina?

How would you football enthusiasts feel if there was gonna be a night football group in Ateneo?

How much would you be willing to pay per hour for the field use?

    How many would patronize it?

    How often?

I need your info.It can happen.

wow pex fc! if i weren't so useless on the pitch (too many cigarettes smoked) i'd love to join. instead ill just make your chants

sign me up for PEx FC!!!!! i think there's enough people here, (14-18) to be able to come up with a decent side.

May mga people naman sa admu who welcome pe0ple? and dont worry, i'm not a know it all...on the contrary..hehe. i'm not good good (you know, can crack the varsity) bt i can play a decent game.

    i'm dying to play!!!

In case anyone is interested, we have a Sunday group called Mang Chester United. We play every Sunday morning at the Ateneo Football Field or HS Field. We started out as a group of advertising agency people and gradually people from other fields, students and just plain football junkies joined in. We even have a friendster site (email: mangchester@yahoo.co.uk).

Don't worry if you're not that good, we take in all players as long as they have the passion. I'm the best example, I think. I didn't play football during my grade school, high school or college years (walang football field sa HS school namin), my only experience was FIFA 2003 and 2004 pero nakikilaro ako.

Game din ako sa PEx FC!

    Fellas,

Aside from Ateneo field, is there any other venues we can play if ever we organize this?

we can play in either the sunken garden in UP or the Football field in CSA makati. Althought I think you have to pay in some of these venues. There are football fields in Fil-Am homes Quezon city and at Corinthians garden in Ortigas plus the football field at La Salle greenhills i think could be rented. is there a football field that can be rent at camp aguinaldo or camp crame?

    Any other football field suggestions?

i think 600 per hour ang CSA field. i'll ask my friend who's a high schooler there to check the available schedules and the cost for the field.

Claret School, Philippine Science High, UP Oval, ULTRA, these are unused during the weekends! Malamang there are more pa!

Madami pala talaga mga soccer fields in the metro manila pero are these fields open to the public like us. i know some fields that are in school grounds are open only to current students and alumnis. Anyway all we have to do now is check which place is the best as to location, schedule, time and price.

^^ I'd love to join but a recent experience in Megamall made me realize how unfit I am. I was huffing and puffing after running around looking for a internet cafe, I doubt if I can survive 10 minutes on a football pitch
