i am due to give birth to our 1st baby by 2nd week of august and up to now, we are still looking for a pedia in Makati Med (where I will be giving birth) and Chinese Gen. Hospital (which is closer to us in case of emergency) who are breastfeeding friendly and super galing talaga.

any info will be appreciated. thanks...

im also looking for a very good pedia in makati med, or anywhere within the makati area.. someone who is very accommodating, and di mahal ang checkup fees and vaccines.. i have a 4 month old son, and a long long way to go pa for the completion of the vaccines.. thanks!

^Pag nasa Pinas kami, we see Dr. Cricket Chen. She has offices in Makati Med, Medical Plaza and Asian Hospital.
I think her consultation fee is PhP500 but I like the way she handles her patients. She is very conservative and does not prescribe medication ng basta basta.

My son's pedia is Dr. Arnel Nuguid (from Makati Med). He's very accommodating and he is very patient in answering your questions (even if its only through SMS)

my son will turn 4 months this August 14. Not sure sa check up fees ni Dr. Arnel Nuguid kasi every time we visit him, vaccination na din niya. so they didnt charge us for the check up fee, sa vaccination na lang.

so far eto yung na-remember ko na vaccines and yung price:

BCG: PHP 2, 500.00
Hepa B: PHP 2, 300.00
5 in 1: PHP 4,000.00
Rotateq: PHP 3, 000.00
IPD: PHP 6, 000.00

When Dr. Arnel left for the US 3 days before our son's monthly check up, his secretary forgot to inform us. his secretary wanted to reschedule us the following week kaya lang my husband and i already filed for a leave on that particular day. So to make up for it, his secretary booked us sa brother ni Dr. Arnel which is also a pedia

hi PEXers! anyone knows or can recommend a good pedia that holds a clinic in the new St.Luke's Hospital at The Fort Taguig? my baby's pedia doesn't practice anymore ( i don't know the reason?!) so that's why we need to get a new pedia.. our place is near at the fort area.. thanks!!

Meron ba kayong kilalang OK na pediatrician sa Asian Hospital na Maxicare-accredited as well?

Dra Trinidad Marie Lombos Rm 110 Asian Hospital, Maxicare Accredited. Mahusay tong pedia at hindi nagmamadali kahit madami pasyente. Go first sa Fifth Floor for the Maxicare Form bago pumunta sa kanya. Sya pa din pedia namin kahit intellicare na kami, yun nga lang me bayad na pero ok lang kasi mahusay talaga.

^^ Look for Dra. Cynthia Cuayo-Juico. I think she has a clinic there but I know may clinic din siya sa Manila Doctors.

I'd like to recommend yung pedia ng baby ko dito sa bulacan. Her name is Dr. Ruth Reyes. Connected sya sa Sacred Heart Hospital of Malolos, Sta. Tesita General Hospital at UST. Very approachable sya at mabilis sumagot sa text t call. Btw, she's also an allergist.

Laging sinasabi ng pedia ng baby ko na patulugin daw si baby ng nakatagilid para wag pagpawisan and di mag-cause ng ubo sa bata and laging palitan yung diaper para wag magka-rashes sa bottom or sa mga singit yung bata

anong gamit mong powder? pwede ba yung powder din na gamit ko? or hindi? Wala akong clue anong powder ang best for baby so until now wala pa kong ginagamit :P para sure
