hello guyz, last week nag-follow-up ako ng application status ko sa Daksh. then, i passed the initial exam and the oral exam. according to the one whose in-charge of recruitment. nasa second priority daw ako at tatawagan daw nila ako w/in December. bakit wala pa? is there any chances ba na ma-hired ako or what?

ako po i've already submitted my resume thru their recruitment email then they replied on the same day and adviced me to call their office to have my exam scheduled. pero di pa ako tumatawag kasi i want to know more about daksh. inputs naman dyan.

I applied via JobStreet one week ago. Last Wednesday my APPLICATION STATUS was IN PROCESS.

A day (Thursday) after the "processing procedure"my APPLICATION STATUS was UNDER CONSIDERATION

I'm confident to say that there's nothing wrong with my resumé.

I would like to know how long is the waiting process if you submit your resume? And what are the requirements if you will apply for a team lead position? Do you have to be exposed for a certain period of time being a team lead or it depends on how long you have been in the industry and your potentials to be one?

There's no opening for TL right now. As for the qualifications, we are looking for candidates who have 1 year of similar work experience.
