Hello. That post is under the HR tower of IBM. They pay really well as compared to the regular voice accounts under the CRM tower. You will perform HR duties for commercial clients. Benefits wise and working environment wise, ok naman siya from what I heard from my friends who work there in UPA.

May katanungan lang, ANYONE FROM IBM

Two years ago, I'm done with two OP's interview. The last one told me to expect a call from HR within a week or two, and I asked the OPs manager what was all about and told me just to wait for the HR for further advise. After more than a month, I didn't receive any calls at all, so assumed that I failed my application. Another month passes by, I received a text message that I will be having my JO by tomorrow and bring all necessary requirements and indicates that no requirement no JO. I received that message in the morning, but in the evening, I received a message stating that the JO was cancelled just keep my line always open and no further explanation. So after two years I didn't hear any from IBM.

What I thought that the HR was mistaken sending me about JO message; or which is which?

I'm planning to re-apply, could any possible reconsideration on my previous application or it's already inactive and undergo initial process again.

guys, hanap na lang kayo ng ibang company, dami talga negative comments sa company to from ex employees...

just last night kausap ko yung friend ko na nagresign, kakakuha lang daw niya yung backpay niya, tas di sinama yung mga salary disputes niya, sabi niya pinapahirapan daw talga siya.......

i advised him to file a complaint para magkaalaman na......

bakit kasi IBM does not take responsibility of its actions? wala talgang sense of accountability....

its really more fun working in IBM sabi ng friend ko!!!..

Kung naiinip ka, tawagan mo na yung HR at tanungin mo yung status mo, wag mo ng email dahil araw-araw marami silang binbasang email at baka na bypassed na yung ***.
Eto lang experience ko sa IBM; sabi sa akin ng OPs mngr ng matapos nya akong ma interview, ang sabi sa akin expect for a call coming from HR within a week or two, pero isang bwan na mahigit wala namang tawag, bigla akong nakatangap ng txt message na Job offer na kinabukasan at dapat kumpleto daw ang requirements at may qoute pa na incomplete requirements no Job offer.
