If you might wonder, this is actually a contact center. Read their full-page ad which appeared in JobMarket a few weeks ago. Aside from the fact that this center is Indian-owned and has Yahoo! for their main account (as evidenced by their ad), information about this company or experiences in applying is appreciated.

it's an Indian company. i dunno if that's good news or bad... but they have one of the major accounts in the world which is Yahoo!.

What type of account? AFAIK convergys and teletech is already handling their dsl service (SBC DSL)..... mukhang daming Yahoo accounts dito sa pinas ah..

I think they have an opening for tech support and financial advisor. I took their exam last week then panel interview.... ok naman yung office...ang luwag pa alang katao tao...yung 1st batch raw hinde pa live....I'm not sure about the salary range, imo lower than the other US based call centers since India based sila...but we'll never know.

P.S. Ok naman yung air sa loob

Mas mababa? I read their brochure yesterday and they have positions for IT Associates. When I tried to call their H.R. department yesterday, puro yun tech support position ang sinabi nya sa akin (e ang tanong ko naman is about dun sa I.T. Associate). Labo.

grandnagus, ilan and exams nila? interview, ilan din? sa panel interview ba mga indian and panel? hehe... i want to apply but still im having second thoughts unless i see or talk to someone from that company.

Mukhang decent and professional yung booths nila sa job fair e. Medyo mababaw pero nagwork sakin yung marketing strat nila kaya ako naging interesado sa company. Tulad ni oriental_femme, kung may makakapagsalita muna na nagwowork o galing sa daksh, mas ayos sana bago ako (kami) magapply.

hmmmm... decent and professional ang booths.. mababaw nga pero that's one important thing. at least dun makikita na rin kahit papano how the company is being run. anyway, next week try ko pumunta dun. it's better din siguro if i see for myself. tara, kikkoman, apply na tayo. hehe

Since they have a tech support and financial support position, I think different yung test for each applicant. Exam was basic grammar test, technical test mostly about finance stuff, typing test then they'll let you know if you pass. Nine (9) of us took the exam and only 3 pass, anyway the panel interview was easy...I was interviewed by the HR manager and admin manager, kulang kc sila tao. Try nyo na lang ok naman mga tao eh binigyan pa kami ng coffee during the test
