    I've read the Summer Sisters.

It's really a great book about friendship. I recommend it.

I am now reading The Divine Secrets of the Ya-ya sisterhood by Rebecca Wells.

Just finished reading Veronika decides to die by Paulo Coelho.

Now I know that I am not a fan of the writings of Paulo Coelho. Or it could be that the book digressed too much. The review of the book was correct. It is Catcher in the Rye meets Girl, Interrupted.

In a way, Veronika Decides to Die is a sarcastic mirror and social critique of the way typical humans live their lives. It is remarkable of Paolo Coelho to write it the way he did since his other works are not as dark and nowhere as thought provoking. There is deep substance in that book provided one is able to read beyond the sappy fiction itself.
