isang suggestion ko: to minimize traffic, palitan lahat ng tricycles sa main road ng jeep or bus bukod sa ang hirap sumakay sa tricycle (kelangan nakayuko ka pag nakaupo), ang lakas pang bumuga ng usok (air pollutant). katumbas ng isang jeep ang 4 or 5 tricycles. imagine niyo. kahit papano nakabawas sa traffic.

Yan ba yung East Service Road right? Ok naman, pero hassle kasi labasan eh yun nga, service road lang. Pag may taffic(or God forbid, sunog na naman sa area na yan) talagang hassle. That being said, Ok yung condo. May unit kasi ermats ko dyan, pero I've only been there twice. Parentahan eh.

If I were you, kung paranaque lang, I'd consider the ones beside SM Bicutan.

Speaking of Paranque...magtataas daw yung property/land tax by a very significant amount. If it can be believed, up to 300% daw(pls confirm sa nakakaalam).

MANILA, Philippines - Tempest is brewing in one of the richest dioceses in the Philippines.

Priests and lay leaders have asked the Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines, Archbishop Giuseppi Pinto, to look into the finances of the Diocese of Parañaque under Bishop Jesse Mercado for alleged misuse of funds.

They also want Mercado removed, for sowing division among the clergy for his double-standard policy.

After meeting with the papal representative a few times, the group finally secured a commitment from Pinto that he will refer the complaint to the Curia in Rome.

The move comes on the heels of growing sensitivity within the Catholic Church hierarchy on the issue of finances. This follows the backlash on the leaks of documents in the Vatican.
