    Aquatico in Laiya, Batangas

We went to Aquatico this weekend for a company outing. Soft launch is on May 1. Love it! Here's some pics.

For directions, just google i. Key word would be "how to get to Laiya Batangas"

just got back from our office summer outing. we went to tali beach in nasugbu, batangas. it's after munting buhangin and before peninsula de punta fuego.

we rented the aranaz beach house. the place was huge and very very nice (has its own swimming pool). and its location is superb since a few steps down you're already at the beach.

we loved the exclusivity of the place (even if we sang all night long -- loudly! hehe, no complaints since houses are spread far apart). there were people at the beach but it was not crowded. the sand was fine (brown not white), it's not rocky and we felt safe.

we enjoyed our stay and would likely go back again.

Cool Villa Gracia Beach Resort, Lemery, Batangas

my group just got back from lemery batangas over the weekend.

all of their cottages have bathrooms, meron din silang common baths and CR for day swimmers, dining tables and cooking area, some have rooms, some have beds lang, some have tables lang. there's aircon and non-aircon/fan units.

we availed at first yung dama de noche worth 2k, pero masikip para sa amin yung tulugan, so nagpalipat kami sa waling waling II worth 3k. more than half sa grupo namin (19 kami) dun natulog sa kwarto, then yung iba, sa "sala/veranda" part ng cottage. bring extra beddings/blankets, pero they provide pillows and beddings for the beds upon your arrival. yung room ng waling waling II may 2 double beds.

pero masaya naman yung stay namin dun, di gaanong crowded yung beach at may nagbabantay sa mga swimmers. hindi siya biglang lalim. they even allow night swimming sa beach as long as you inform the caretaker ahead of time para mabatayan kayo at buksan nila ang gate at ilaw leading to the beach. yung susi is 100 pesos na deposit at nagpapa-rent din sila ng basketball at volleball for 100 php each, 50 yung mismong rent for the duration of your stay and 50 yung deposit which you can claim when you leave. grabe, nung sunday, walang patid ang mga nandoon sa kaka-basketball... kahit madaling araw!

may mga naglalako ng fish sa area, saka gulay just in case nakalimutan niyong bumili. yung store nila dun, nagbi-benta ng timplado nang kape for 12 pesos, just in case you need an instant lift dahil sa hangover o amats. hehe.

i am not so sure kung pwedy magpaluto ng food, kasi nagdala kami and we cooked it ourselves, no corkage fees. nagbigyan pa nga kami ng kapitbahay namin ng ice cream kasi di nila maubos. nalibre pa kami ng dessert!

we had a great time sa villa gracia at nagpapasalamat naman ako noh, kasi ako kaya ang nag-asikaso ng accommodations namin dun!

we left the resort sunday morning and headed to tagayaty to grab some english pies and buko crumble for pasalubong, aside from another camera-******* session at people's park.

Hi, ask ko lang if you have pics to share about the place? or maybe may site sila somewhere? I'm looking for a place din kasi for our short vacation. And how much was the place when you guys rented it?

    bagyo sa villa gracia

    Hi sherleh,
Our outing with my officemates was generally okey. However, the timing of our outing was horrible because during that weekend, humagupit si bagyong cosme. Pero dahil desperado kaming makarating at makapag outing somewhere in batangas tumuloy parin kami. Muntik pa ngang liparin ang van namin because of the strong winds on our way there.

  20. #439

i have so many relatives and friends in batangas.. and they all NOT recommend lemery beach..
