mula sa sss insider mismo (kasi kung agent ka lang, para namang aaminin ng management sa yo pag tinanong mo), penalties lang ang binabayaran ng itouch ngayon. kaya good luck.

well, training there was nice as my friend told me but i think they problems with the company coz they dont remit contributions to SSS and others

Last I know is that for Directory Assistance, 14k starting, basic pay for people without call center exp. 16k for those with call center exp.

16 k a month for CSA's....is that NET TAKEHOME pay, meaning wala nang babawasan na tax or other deductions? Wala na bang dagdag iyan na night diff pay and other allowances, etc.?

Is it inbound or outbound? May bond ba? Magkano naman ang NET TAKEHOME PAY ng mga Trainers diyan? May bond din ba?

starting salary for those w/o any call center experience 12k with 10% nite diff.

no bond.. inbound for DA im not sure about their customer service dept..
the trainers are good and very accomodating.. i just love them..
