There are creams and there are surgical ways (laser or cold steel). I can hook you up with Ophthalmic plastic surgeons or dermatologists if you want.

how often should you do this?

if you have it surgically removed ba, anong klase ng scar yung naiiwan? will it be visible if tinitigan siya?

Peri-orbital darkening can have many causes: prior irritation and subsequent pigmentation, genetic predisposition (i.e. heredity), defective blood flow and drainage, and several internal medical problems. So, treatment may be effective for some and not at all for others. A visit to your dermatologist can help you decide which products are best. Generally, an eye cream containing Vitamin K may help the pigmentation especially when it's caused by poor circulation around the eye area.

As for the eyebags, blepharoplasty or eyelid surgery is considered by most as the "gold standard" with minimal complications and downtime in the hands of expert cosmetic surgeons. Some eye creams may help tighten the area and may improve mild eyebags. Mesotherapy may also improve it and is done by injecting medications that dissolve fat into the lower eyelids. However, it's not yet commonly done here but is big in Brazil where they do it left and right.

    Dark undereyes

I'm no expert on this but I wan't to share. Two major reasons ng eyebags, stress and genetics.
Stress- Pag hindi ka nkkuha ng enough rest and sleep it will show the eyebags mo, in cases like this maybe all you really need is regular and healthy sleeping habits. Samahan mo na rin ng good diet and exercise you will eventually look refreshed from head to toe.
Genetics- Minsan nasa lahi talaga yung malaking eyebags. Inspect mo kamag anak mo if feature ba yan sa lahi.. Then AGING is also the cause of having larger eyebags. When you get older your eyebags get more visible ksi the skin on your eyes begin to be thinner.
The creams will help you improve the appearance of your eyebags. Mawawala ng konti or temporarily yung puffiness. But if you want a more drastic approach pumunta ka sa cosmetic surgeon. Minsan they will use laser to melt the fat or baka may tatanggalin silang excess skin. Tapos you will look youthful again. hopefully.
If wala ka namang budget for sugery, try the most trusted cucumber. Yung ibang cold spoon left on the ref for a while. Tapos ilalagay sa mata. This is helpful pag kulang sa tulog or bagong iyak.
One tip I gathered is you sleep with your head elevated from the rest of your body. Take an extra pillow. This will prevent daw yung fliud from accumulating around the eye area. Tapos be sure matutulog ka. hehe
    Good luck!

May nakita ako kanina sa watsons, another eye cream.

I'm planning to buy it, pero gusto ko malaman if it's worth it.

IMPORTANT: Start using 2x-a-week. Very slowly, increase application frequency to 3x-a-week, then 1x-every-other-day, and finally to 2x-a-day usage.

Do not rush: This slow, gradual increase in application frequency lets your skin best adjust to, and fully benefit from, Glykeros therapy. Follow all instructions carefully.

Throughout Glykeros Therapy: use an Armada Sun and Light Screen every day, whether indoors and outdoors, and whether or not this Serum has been applied on a given day.

    Ingredients:

Active Ingredients: Glycolic Acid – 0.30%, Kinetin – 0.01%, Propylene Glycol, Ruscus Aculeatus Root Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Panthenol, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Hydrolyzed Yeast Protein, Aesculus Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) Extract, Ammonium Glycyrrhizate – 3%

Other Ingredients: Soy Protein Phthalate, Water, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Cyclopentasiloxane, Ceteareth-25, Hydrolyzed Elastin, Glyceryl Laurate, Dicaprylyl Carbonate, C12-15 Alkyl Lactate, Triethanolamine, Carbomer 940, Tetrasodium EDTA, Citric Acid, Tocopheryl Acetate.

base dun sa info, wala naman kayang masamang effect ito sa skin. thanks. tska bakit kaya kelangan pa gumamit nung sun and light screen every day. ?

    thanks

So far I've read the following:

    1) HIRUDOID cream
    2) Loreal Hydrafresh
    3) Pond's whitening liquid
    4) St. Ives Eye and Face Gel

    Thank you very much.
