bakit ba super urgent? marami bang umalis na programmers or gusto lang magdagdag ng tao? just curious

and i also wanna know what it's like working with dbsoft kung mababait ba mga tao, kung masaya ba magtrabaho dyan, kung walang discrimination, etc... kung maganda ba training... kung may opportunites abroad... kung anu-anu mga pinagbabawal dyan like in some companies bawal camera phones, mag-ym, mag-internet.

Right now they have 73 employees but for 2009
it might be morethan 100 employees.

Mababa turnover sa DBSoft people leaving because of
anoher offer abroad, but to transfer to another cmpany here in
Phils. nope no one. kse they have a good salary, benefits & etc...

negative: actually not totally negative kse uring office hours ofcourse bawal ka mag games, srfing, chatting. But after office you can do what you want.

No politics, no dicrimination.
