pero u have an experience na in networking?kasi po ako as in wala pa,dito lang ako talaga nagsimula sa CCNA program ng MITC kaya mejo nahihirapan ako and *** mga classmates ko puro professionals kaya mejo kinakabahan ako

bich,worth it kumuha ng cisco and other certifications.i hav a friend na HR sa Smart Tower,sabi nya if u hav lotsa certification,parang ma-cacancel out *** ibang requirements lyk years of experienceif ur really into networking,CISCO **** dapat ang kunin mong certification.

kumuha ja nyan di ka magsisisi : sa pag kakaalam ko bihira ang may lincense ng CCNA at malaki ang starting salary mo compared sa Microsoft Certified System Eng.

the best ang CISCO. alam ko millions ang may lincense sa microsoft pero sa CISCO hundred thousand lang.

In terms of resources sa tingin ko you dont need to buy books makikita mo lahat ng kailangan mo sa internet. sa yahoo groups, kazaa and Imesh marami na ko na donwload sa kazaa at sa yahoo groups. kung **** mo mag practice sa bahay mag download k ng netsim 5.12 from boson.com tapos may crack sa yahoo groups maganda *** kasi hindi lang router ang na simulate mo buong network. may switch , router saka pcs ikaw bahala mag drawing ng network mo then i config mo *** para mag kita kita. an dami ng resources sa internet tyaga lang maghanap you dont need to buy yung expensive books. kelangan mo lang maghanap nung ebook version nun hehehe.

but CCNA (cisco certified network associate) is just the start. marami nang CCNA ngayon. mas astig kung ituloy mo rin ito sa CCNP (cisco certified network professional). at mas malupet na naman kung kuha ka pa ng CCDA (design associate) at CCDP (design pro). pero malupet naman ang costs at exams. at saka you have to renew your cisco certs every three years ata. mag-exam ka ulit for recertification kasi hindi perpetual ang cisco certs.

im a certified CCNA,CCDP,CCVP, and CISSP, well if you have a hard time learning cisco try search for resources on the web, or buy a book, and download a router simulator. CCNA is the easiet track of CISCO. but of you course, you cannot study or take other certification exam of Cisco, if you dont have a CCNA, its worth studying. because you will be able to compete with other it professionals. actually if you apply as an network engineer the basic requirement is that you have a CCNA. i suggest after you gain your certification in Cisco study CCDA and CCVP. and after that get some Mircosoft certification, Citrix Certification or the RHCE.

hey guys! do you need to be a computer engineering or a related course graduate to take up these certifications? what if you're outside the IT field? can you still be accepted in the program?

^ pare it would help pero eto lang masasabi ko computer engineering or computer science is not Cisco. Kung gusto mong careerin ang pagnenetwork, pwede kang mag-aral ng Cisco. Iyong field of discipline lang ng Computer Engineering and the likes ay makakatulong lang pero hindi iyon about Cisco.

mapua-makati den ako, graduated last last month ***, may clasm8 ako b4 sa cisco nging CCNA na ***, 1 mistake nga lang *** dun sa exam i dont know it all depends kung worth it *** pagkuha ng CCNA, but kung ur really into networking, dapat **** mkuha mo yan.. wag ka mgstop sa CCNA ***, dhel nde yta ganon kaspecial ang dating sa iba? i dunno, may friend kasi ako CCNA but til now la pa *** work.

ako nagtraining ngayon sa NCC( National Computer Center) dito sa UP Diliman compund lang sa bungad lang. patapos na ko ng sem.2 hirap pala pero ok lang tiyaga lang kailangan.

mura dito pag governement employee ka half tuition at pag student ka pa may discount ka rin at pag babae may discount din ok nga kakatuwa. 5,500 php lang binayaran ko.
