Talking Saan Nag-aaral ang Anak Ninyo at Magkano ang Tuition Dun? [Merged]

Hi there! Any parent here whose child is enrolled at Poveda? Can I inquire how much you spend for the tuition and other school fees? I'm planning to enroll my daughter there when she starts going to school. Or alternatively, can u suggest a good school around the Ortigas area? Many thanks!

grabeee! ang mahal magpaaral ngayon. I like this thread pagma_lilip

naku bigla ako naging aware sa tuition fees hehe

oh well cge post naman kayo ng tuition fee rates besides Poveda (kasi boy anak ko eh) atsaka ano marerecommend niyong school na worth it, yung sulit ang bayad mo dahil sa educational methods nila kahit ganun kataas ang rates.

lahat ba ng schools sa atin sobra ang pressure sa Academics? pansin ko ngayon ang lalaki at bibigat ng bags ng mga school kids ngayon. is there such a thing as an alternative school? =)

in Ateneo Grade School - my Gr 1 and Gr 4 Tuition fees & other misc expenses are almost P70T each excluding school supplies, uniforms (but including books na). Sobra mahal talaga kaya quarterly and monthly payment namin. But am quite satisfied with the school. They give as much importance to academics as well as behavior and conduct. They see to it that each boy really grows to be "a man for others". Kahit everyday may HW, for me they just want to instill good study habits. Kaya rin my other son di mag honor, kasi mababa siya sa sociability. Kahit i've been having problems regarding my boy's behavior, they've been very understanding and supportive. They also have grant-in-aid program which offers assistance to qualified students whose parents have financial difficulties. Environment and facilities are plus factors too. Kahit di aircon (tho maraming ceiling fans sa classrooms)- malakas at masarap din ang hangin. Dami kasing puno don. All in all, am quite satisfied na rin. Yun lang, dapat doble or triple kayod kami ni hubby...
