Remembering Viveka Babajee

Fact File on Viveka Babajee
Born and brought up in Mauritius, Viveka’s mother is a Maharashtrian who was born in Hyderabad.

The youngest of four sisters, Viveka was a mischievous and naughty child, yet was pampered and protected by her elder siblings.

She was crowned Miss Mauritius in 1993 and participated in the Miss World Contest held in London. The contest proved to be a learning experience for her.

She also participated in the Miss Universe sub-contest in the Philippiness.

She gained a lot of exposure and attention and even a couple of film offers.

She ended up signing a few of these offers but didn’t get down to doing them.

She has been busy endorsing products and walking the ramp

She made headline news when she agreed to do the prestigious Kamasutra condom ad.

She’s been in Mumbai since then, flying on and off to Mauritius whenever she feels homesick and depending on her work.

Yup, I remember her, all right. 10 years have passed?! Ang bilis ng oras, ano?
Pero observation lang....maganda siya sa pics at may dating talaga....eh ang pangit niya talaga nun sa Metro Manila Filmfest....oh well, 10 years is still 10 years....time has been good to her.

MIXED NUTS was born at dun sumikat si Inday garutay.
it was Aiko's 1st acting award, wasn't it

di ba Babajee mismo ang nagsabi ng TAKE IT TAKE IT. kitang kita sa camera ng pagkuha ng envelope at pagtago sa bulsa.
