^Hello mayangster14. As you may have noticed, we're a little bit strict with spelling in this forum. Sorry.
If you're really on a budget, you could probably try going to UP Orthodontics at Padre Faura. It's a government funded orthodontic school. Because of government subsidy, they only charge P20,250 for braces ( plus a few additional expenses). Unfortunately, they don't hold weekend clinics. Also, they may or may not accept you since you already have braces.
I don't know him ( re: your new dentist) mayangster14. We ( I'm a member of the Association of Philippine Orthodontists) charge anywhere from P80,000 or higher for braces.
I don't mean to pry, with regards to your first dentist, may I please ask if there were any problems with regards to the payment of fees? Are you available Saturdays (unfortunately, a lot of us don't work on Sunday)?
If your bite really is deep, unfortunately it may take a minimum of 1 1/2 to 2 years to fix it. Are you missing any of your back teeth ( your molars to be exact)?
A bite plate, bite turbos or even interim composite stops may be used to help open your bite, thereby preventing the regular popping off of your lower brackets.
