i have applied for Smart before, pero after an interview, di na ako tinawagan ulit..

may range ba yung hiring nila, I mean yung iba kasi sabi agfter 3 years ka daw pwedeng mag apply ulit sa kanila once na di ka natanggap for a position...

baka naman po may pwede sakin. logistics background, Ind'l engineering..

Are there any feedbacks for the Finance department? Most recent feedbacks (lay-off, interview and benefits) are regarding engineer / IT related positions... Is it the same for the finance department?

Aside from the compensation, does anyone have a feedback on the work itself? Are there proper trainings, etc. for the Finance / Accounting department.

Good evening. Has anyone here been interviewed for the Business Analyst position or even hired for the post? As a sub contractor, does Smart give out any benefits? Thank you!

If you were transferred to an agency, there's no benefits and purely basic salary will be given out. Experience for this post is good. As I've observed, there are lots of
'business analyst' position in Smart. It is better to clarify to the HR on what field you'll be engaging in the future. Well, business analyst per se is a challenging job.

I have one HR interview then panel interview sa Smart Datacenter JO na ako bukas. I applied sa smart sa jobstreet.. nagtext sila saken halos 3 weeks din for Interview then Panel Interview.. then after 2 working days JO na! check ko nalang tomorrow kung ano ang offer.. kung contratual or full time. meron kasi contractual na system admin at full time.. di naman ako talaga nag eexpect ng malaki, sabi ko pa nga sa interviewer.. kahit tapatan lang nila yung sahod ko sa current company ko, habol ang experience sa DataCenter.. Jr. System Admin ako sa Multinational BPO company, sawa na ako sa remote remote lang ng mga unix boxes at shifting schedules, no holidays ph or us at barat sa bonus at SWELDO.. maiba naman LOCAL naman ngayon.

Patience po talaga lalo na pag first Interview.. Halos 3 hours ako naka-queue bago tawagin.. nalaro ko na lahat ng games sa IPAD ko.. di pa ako natatawag.. pati sa panel.. halos 1.5 hours din ako nag antay. hehe

alam nyo po ba kung paano mag follow up ng application sa kanila? nagapply ako as csr(non-voice) 2 weeks ago. i was interviewed first tapos pinagexam ako ng grammar at iq test. pumasa naman ako sa dalawa kaya pinabalik ako ng hapon for behavioral interview. sabi sa akin nung interviewer ifoforward daw yung application ko for the next step(final interview??) after kong mag computer exam sa mandaluyong next week(1 week ago) itetext daw ako sa schedule pero 2 weeks na hindi pa rin nagtetext. gusto ko na sana magfollow up kaso wala naman silang facebook page para sa careers na active na sumasagot sa queries.

may i ask how much is the basic salary that they offer if you are a fresh grad?... i applied for an accountant position, the HR told me i am also qualified for an auditor position-for fresh grad cpa's so i accepted it. i have a second interview next week... how much is the minimum that they usually offer? along with the allowances and other benefits??? can u pls share those to me as my basis *** po hehe.. para competitive pa rin kahit papano, i am expecting a not too low yet a not too high salary... thank you sooooo much... )

hi there. ask lang ako. kasi ako I was intervied yesterday, Initial interview, then after that isa ang interview then after that wala daw *** manager dun ngayon, ieendorse na daw nya ako sa manager and she'll be calling me next week para sa final interview. do you think okay pa un?

2 weeks na. di pa din sila tumatawag para sa computer exam ko... huhuhu... sabi pa naman sa akin nung interviewer ko swerte daw ako at urgently needed talaga yung position na inapplyan ko pero wala pa ring tawag.. huhuhu...

how's your interview? nainterview ako nung june 1.. una kay mam mikki tpos kay mam shela, di nako umabot sa last interview.. nakaalis na yta *** manager.. after nun binigyan nila ako ng medical endorsement.. libri *** medical/dental examination, after 10 days nagtxt c mam shella magcocall daw si mam miki for the job offer.. nghihintay na lang ako.. d ko natanong nung interview kung magkano basic salary.. may idea ka ba?
