hello all, i submitted my resume in their databank and its true, in about 2 weeks they emailed me for an interview, but it says REVENUE ASSURANCE ANALYST. hmmn, doesnt sound too apealing to me so i declined the interview.
whats this job excatly, because it could be different to other companies
SMART doesn't accept applicants with failing grades. If you're an Engineer, you're only allowed to have a maximum of 4 if you're a graduate of UP, La Salle, UST or Mapua.
FYI.
maximum of 4 what? 4 failing subjects?
Yup Yup!!! That is if you're applyin' for a Technical position (Cadet Engineers, IT Professionals, etc.).
For the rest, NO FAILING GRADES!!! (i'm not sure with their call center though...)
May discrimination ba sa schools?
Mataas kse ang standards ng UP, La Salle, UST, and Mapua pagdating sa Engineering, *** ok lang me 4FGs...
^ Eh paano kung wala ka namang failing marks pero tumagal ka nang mahigit 4 years sa isang 4-year course bago nag-graduate.
pano nangyari unLOA?
^ Yes, LOA. Besides, when you go back to school after an LOA, you can't expect to enroll with a full load. Or at least that's the case in UP. Hardly anyone I know there graduated on time.![]()
Sa mga nag apply sa Smart as Developers, ilang interview ba bago umabot sa Job Offer?
hello guyz. i just want to inquire how much is the starting salary for an HR assistant? how about upon regularization?
do they regularize employees in Smart? as far as i know, one (1) year lang contract after that, tapos na. how true?
could you give me some info naman. thanks.
hi! id like to ask what does a Revenue assurance assistant do and if its better than a customer care officer? nalilito kc ako kung alin ang tatanggapin eh
saywhat: they don't usually accept ppl na nag-LOA, unless the reason behind it is financial difficulty (na wala ka na pang-enroll...)...
pauster007: usually 2-3 interviews (HR, Requisitioning Officer, etc.), then you have to take their computer-generated exam, then the medical exams, then there's also background checking...
salbakuta02: i guess around 7-8K (basta a little above-minimum), tpos under agency ka pa. Usually, they don't absorb project-hired HR Assistants. Promises are there, pero hindi naman natutuloy...
doomsdayer: i'm not really sure, pero sa biliing ata *** revenue assurance... (not really sure...)...
Initial interview? Sa HR lang ba yun?

in other words, mga 8-10 mos. lang ang contractual employment ganun?
im a smart subscriber since 1999.
It depends on your contract. As far as I'm concerned, iba kse *** contractual sa project-hired employees. Pag contractual usually maximum na *** 5 1/2 months. Pag project-hired as long na hindi natatapos *** project, you could still work for the company even up to one year.Originally posted by salbakuta02

Nung 2001, puro contractual *** mga HR Assistants but I guess now, may mga project-hired na.

yung customer care officer, sila yung mga nasa wireless centers.Originally posted by doomsdayer

yung revenue assurance, sila yung mga naghahandle fraud prevention sa network. there are scenarios kasi na minsan dinadaya ng ibang network ang smart para makamura, so sila ang may task na hanapin yun and to work about it. medyo technical yung work kasi kailangan alam mo yung mga pasikut-sikot ng call set-up, signalling, sms, etc.
so yun ang trabaho nung mga nasa revenue assurance. hindi ko lang alam kung ano yung specific na trabaho ng isang assistant.![]()
