Re: LOCAL Call Centers
To all Pexers reading this, please please post any information you can write on call centers catering to local clients and customers. BPI, AIG, GSM Companies, etc. Salary, work shift, environment?

There are loads of threads regarding call centers. Maybe you can do some research on PEx first, you'll find the info you're looking for is just around the corner.

Hey, thanks! But I've looked around and haven't seen the information I was looking for. Please, anyone, do inform me where to go if ever I overlooked any thread that contains infos on call centers that field calls coming within the country. I want to consolidate these details to help me decide where to apply.

Heard about expercs direct/ communications in pasig, or you can maybe go to quinteraction in makati, c3 has local call centers din. I know one in laguna san ka ba? I'm not sure of the compensation package though. Shift Schedules depende yan. If you're going to be assigned on a telecom project then definitely 24/7 ops at may GY shift
