i am loyal with pantene until high school. i used to have shiny hair with full volume strands.

2 years ago i decided to go a salon to dye my hair for a change. from then on, i have been battling with hair fall...

i'm currently using dove shampoo and conditioner. i put them on every other day. i noticed the hair fall gets less and less.

Napansin ko yung Pantene Nature Care (yung green) medyo matigas yung buhok pagkatapos, nasobrahan yata yung volume & moist para akong may instant gel. Good for those who to keep their hair in place.

I currently use Dove, yung kulay blue (damage repair). Mabula at di ko na kelangan mag conditioner kaso malambot nga.

dove seemed to get better results after few months of using it. but, sadly it made my hair dry after continuous use.

now, i've tried a loooot of shampoos, even the imported ones but they're all seemed to dry my hair.

can someone recommend a better shampoo that could really smoothen your dry and frizzy hair?

i've read good reviews about Garnier Fructis Shampoo. but, i'm not sure if it's being sold here in PI.
