1. "remember the titans" - always a motivational movie whether i'm playing in the pex basketball league, or my company's sportsfest. it doesn't matter if i'm riding the bench most of the time...it shows the power of teamwork when people forget their differences and internal lechon!

2. "blue chips" - somewhat dragging, but very true. and nick nolte's excellent as the bobby knight knock-off pete bell...

3. "the replacements" - it's a sports comedy, and i never did care much for these types of sports movies, but you've got to love the movie's signature line - "WINNERS ALWAYS WANT THE BALL!"

4. "slapshot" - see above comments. more of a comedy, but very entertaining and inspiring...even if i think it came out before i was born...
