    yes, because it's an SOP for these call centers to call your current or former employer. but sometimes they dont, like teletech, west & SM ventures

    first off, yung post ni boyish chick ba yun? yung may namention na wendy was probably last year pa...kase matagal na sha wala dito e..regarding salary, depende sa level mo yun e..pag level one..above dun sa binigay na figure dito, pag level two, even higher..basta yun..and isa pa, hindi partner ang lopezes dito..nagrerent lang sila sa building. and yes, it is sad na yung ibang tao ay pinabalik balik nila...ako din nangyari saken yun. pero di ako pinaakyat baba...yung pabalik balik lang. may mga reklamo rin ako dito sa company. sa lahat naman ng pinagtrabahuhan ko may reklamo ako e..pero im still here, and until im happy here, magstay ako. so far wala pa naman akong nadidinig na nagreklamo sa sahod dito..laging tama ang computation nila.

    It's not everyday that we get those lame comments from some lame people...as i would analyze it, you must have a bad experience from this call center...I am just happy to tell you that ive been with rmh for more than 12 months now..You may be right when you said that the company is just new...but if you talk about benefits, well all i cansay is that the benefits we are getting here are far more humane compared from what you can get from other call centers... Dami problems ang company but a lot of people here are staying...Just happy to know that there are still a lot of applicants who are willing to give this company a try...coz based from the Phil.Call Center Assoc, we're considered as one of the best CALL CENTERS in the country today.... any violent reactions?!!!

    actually im not working for RMH or even a former or even a call center agent, although i work in the same industry, im just an employee doing surveys & meetings w/ the sr. management to get data over in call center assoc of the phils or CCAP (jokingly pronounced as "sikap") so we could make graphs for the presidents of these call centers when they meet formally. looks like you're saying something that contrasts the findings of our team. glad to know that, we will double check your claim

    but hey, im not trying to be your enemy here. we just coordinate the needs of the operations performance between the agents & the jr management. im just telling what i see in comparisaon charts, easy ka lang

    AFAIK, they don't accept part timers, pero puede kung student ka pa lang, but you have to be a full time employee.

    Kaka-miss din pala RMH...nga pala, di ba NCO na ngayon?

    the tech support account seems ok naman..i just hope they deliver on their promises with this one..stuff happened with the sales account e..RMH is a really good company..it's just that some people na nasa management are..well..shouldnt be there..hehehe. pero ok pa din naman dito.

    hi amPOGIko, campaign mo dude? CARE ako. Ppl dun sa mga natatagalan, ganun naman kahit saan call center, lalo na kung walang scheduled training for a pacticular period of time. As for RMH, 14,500 if u r a CSR, higher for some accounts. WE DO NOT HAVE OUTBOUND TELEMARKETING!!!! RMH handles purely Customer Service and Directory Assistance. Pag CSR ka mataas ang basic then u get free meals(as in complete meal, 1 lunch or 1 dinner) that is completely free for the rest of your stay at RMH. We have a health plan(not just Philhealth) for DA Agents naman mababa basic kasi may commisions sila na minsan mas mataas pa sinulsweldo namin CSR. Now, dun sa interested to become an Accent Trainer, RMH does not hire external Trainers anymore. You must start from the grass roots level muna. CSR or DA muna. The culture is fun and ok ang office. Mejo hindi ok yun Recruitment Area pero the floor is uncomparable to other old centers na di man lang mag rerenovate. Our pantry is like a resto. Hindi jologs na room na converted to a pantry lang. May view ka pa ng MRT, ABS-CBN tower and you get a chance na makasabay sa elevator si Cindy Kurleto(hehehehehehee) yun lang. Bow. =P
