Sa mga executives nila ok sila pero sa rank and file nila, ibang istorya na yun Sa totoo lang barat sila pero atin atin lang yun ha!

yung 6 digit na sweldo.... kasama *** lampas ng decimal point. hahaha

actually, for staff, medyo mababa nga. nasa range lang ng 8k below. yung mga 15k above, usually for supervisory position, mero mababa pa din.

was there around 2003, strict sila sa office attire, female employees (even those in IT depts) are required to come in skirts.....nakakaantok sa office nila.....tapos parang gov't office nun..wala cubicles...hehe..ewan ko lang ngayon kung nag improve na yng itsura ng workplace nila....hehehe...

ang taas daw ng turn over rate dito kasi super nakakapagod daw ang work lalo na yung mga teller/new accounts.

been working here for more than a year na...just got the mid year bonus (1.5 ) okay naman..although di talaga kagandahan *** office. pero ther plans na lilipat na sa makati because of the BDO-EPCI merging na nangyari...i-occupy na *** EPCI bldg sa makati...

When it comes sa salary ng rank and files sa mga local banks, BPI is by far the best. 16th month pay, holiday pays, tax returns, SL conversions and VL conversions, and umaabot up to 17th month pay every 5th year anniversary ng BPI. Bonus sa BPI is given quarterly: March, May, September, and November. Holiday Pays (of the entire year) given every december. Bonus ng empleyado dito every November is tax free with tax refund pa until December. Their 17th month pay, given every August of every 5th year anniversary of BPI is tax-free as well. May perfect attendance reward pa sila for employees who never had unscheduled leaves for the past year - P5,000, given every May. Medical allowance ng r & f is at P18,000 and is given every end of the year, and that excludes hospitalization benefits na aabot sa P100k a year. clothing allowance for male employees and female employees, like in other banks, free ang uniforms nila. May group accidental insurance pa sila if ever may nangyaring accident sa bank premises or on the way papuntang bank premises - 72x of monthly salary to be given to their beneficiaries or immediate family. Disadvantage lang sa BPI is that too many paper works, especially to their low counter staffs. Also, starting salary ng rank & file employees (probational status) is around P10k/month....
