civil wedding requirements

hi guys! wild question lang po... may fixer din po ba civil wedding? like yung babayad ka na lang para ready na lahat, di ka na attend ng seminar, ibibigay na lang yung marriage license mo??? tapos set ka na lang wedding date? thanks

ang alam ko meron pero triple or more pa ang gagastusin mo. here in marikina kasi, P150 lang for the marriage application then another P150 for family planning seminar. yung sa ceremony mismo, that will depend if you want na may kasama kayong ibang couples na ikakasal (mas mura) or special kung solo nyo lang yung judge na maggagawa ng ceremony (mas mahal). will let you know kapag nakuha na namin yung license namin this week. within 2 weeks lang makukuha na agad yung license. 1 day for filing the application, within one hour lang yun (at the same time bibigay na rin yung releasing date ng license) tapos pa-schedule for family planning seminar, 1 whole day yun. Required yung certificate ng family planning sa pag-claim ng marriage license.

Panu kung sa ibang municipality mo gusto magpa civil wedding? let's say we are both from Laguna tapos gusto namin sa tagaytay what is the procedure for that? I suppose all the application for marriage license willbe done in Laguna right? pls. enlighten

not sure about that. one of the requirements kasi dapat either one of you should be a resident of that municipality. at ang alam ko, kung saan ka magpapakasal, dun ka maglalakad ng papeles. ask mo rin both municipalities, they actually have different requirements pagdating sa ganyan.

ang mahal naman ng 4 k. Yung kakilala ko is 1.5 k Lang. hehehe.

hello, mag ask lang ako kung may way ba magpa civil wedding nang walang parental concent? im 30 and my gf is turning 24 this may. ayaw mag bigay nang mother nya nang concent dahil gusto nila is parental, may ibang guy sila gusto for my gf. another thing is nasa abroad ang parents nya.. thanks in advance

hi, what if po kung husband ko is abroad (seaman) then pgdating nya don plng kme kasal.. cyempre mag-base lang ng date pag malapit n siya umuwi. pano po yung seminar need ba talaga un, kc dq sure kung mkka-attend siya don.. pwede kaya wala ng seminar un.

pag ang magpapaksal ay between age 21-25 kailangan ng parent's advice bgo makakuha ng marriage license..kailangan b both parents ay present?..what if hindi available?..pwede bng either *** tatay or *** nanay ***?..kailangan b **** dalawa?.

Certificate of No Marriage.
You get it from NSO. It's a document proving that you were never married to anyone.
It's just 150 PHP pero if you have no time to go to NSO, pwede thru phone (forgot the NSO hotline) and they send it within 1 week thru courier. Mas mahal nga lang 300Php

^swerte nyo nga po kasi 3weeks yung vacation niya.. yung akin saktong 2weeks pagsundo ko sa airport malamang derecho kami ng NSO nyahahaha pero sa tingin ko nde talaga kaya ang 14days noh? kahit kaya may fixer? hmmm matanong nga ulet hehehe

ang alam ko po ikaw po eh kelangan ng parental advice kasi 23 ka pa lang.. 18-21 parental consent taz 22-25 parental advice.. may pipirmahan yung parents saka ipapa notary.. bakit nde ka pumunta sa munisipyo nyo kung san kayo ikakasal at magtanong ng requirements.. iba iba ata kasi ang requirements kada munisipyo eh.. tapos american citizen pa bf mo malamang iba din ang requirements nila dyan.. gudlak

ei guys really need help!mag25 na kami ng bf ko this coming April, same year and month kasi kami, ..gusto namin sanang magpacivil wedding na kami, at mukhang mahihirapan kaming magpunta sa seminar at kumuha ng requirements since parehas kaming may work at hindi same day ang rest day namin...baka naman may kilala kayong pwedeng magkasal ng wala ng ganong kelangang lakarin...meron kea nun? at if ever meron magkano naman?

can someone post the link for the updated requirements for civil wedding. I saw this online but i've included asterisk on those questionable requirements.


1. Birth certificate (new) - 1 orig & 2 xerox copies (NSO?)
2. CENOMAR (singleness) - issubed by NSO - 1 orig & 1 xerox copy
3. Certificate of Attendance - your lady’s hometown where you’ll be having your marriage seminar -1 orig & 1 xerox copy **
4. Barangay Certificate - 1 orig & 1 xerox copy ** (Your own hometown? )
5. CEDULA - 1 orig & 2 xerox copies ** (Your own hometown? )
6. For ages 18-24 - appearance of both parents with valid I.D ** (is this updated? )
