    Thumbs down

    I forgot to add:

    you wrote

EVERY PERSON HAS ITS OWN FREE WILL

shouldn't it be EVERY PERSON HAS HIS/HER OWN FREE WILL

that is correct grammar and even a "pinoy" or "white person" would know that ........unless of course she is "a pinoy pretending to be white"

i think the certificate of no marriage is the same as legal capacity just to prove that you have no pending case of marriage or is married...i live in makati and pasig but got married in quezon city...i had to pay though..big $$$$$.

so gtran... if there's no under the table? how much is the usual cost of everything... 1st step is to get that certificate of no marriage right? 2nd is you file for a marriage licence, is it just 1 license for the both of you, or 1 licence each for me and my wife? and how much does it cost? and i think the last step is once you got your license after 10 days, you can go to the city hall to get married.
    right?

^^ for normal, by-the-book processing you would need to shell out about 3-4k depending on the city you're planning to file.. but it would take about two weeks before you get the license so it's better to go about the other stuff(family planning seminar, processing of birth certificates, barangay clearance, cedula) while you're waiting for it.. mabilis lang but the problem is the waiting in line.. ang haba ng mga pila madalas sa kahit saang cityhall so it's better to be there super early or arrive later in the afternoon pero advisable to pag complete na ang documents mo para fill-up ka na lang and then submit for stamping.. shempre inbetween merong mga bayad-bayad sa cashier so may konting pila pa den.. but don't be surprised kung yung ibang binayaran mo eh parang walang resibo.. hahhaha.. nagtitipid ata sa reciepts... or something else... goodluck!

so syempre mas mura kung by the book proicessing diba?
hummm bakit iba iba ang requirements, yung iba wala na cedula required and barangay clearance?
kasi right now, i just accomplished my certificate of no marriage, so i'll wait for 2 weeks, then whats the next step na?

We received our CENOMAR and it was stated that we were married at San Juan nga So panu na to we are not eligible to get the marriage license na?
