to all callcenter wannabee's you should try to work here first or make this company as your stepping stone in your call center industry career. they have good training as well as good training module, you will learn a lot of new things there. plus maganda talaga training **, it is an outbound services located at 5th flr, orient square bldg.emerald ave, ortigas pasig.

actually zimdude,sa Orient Sq,3 ang call centers...SVI, E Pacific and yung japanese call center yata.i forgot the name.at times, sabay mag break ang SVI and E Pac.so pag break,ang dami tambay sa lobby...yosi break.every morning,ang dumi.


i have to agree na magandang training ground and SVI if u wanna pursue a career in Telesales. yung iba, nabibigyan ng mas magandang offer kaya umaalis.but if ur really good,u'll get the bucks. a friend of mine who works there earns a commission of 10T plus a month,commission alone pa lang.

maganda nga daw sa SVI connect... undergo ka ng softskills training para matuto ka ng right american diction/accent. dunno if that also put you under a contract though.

pero make it sure na di ka rin magtatagal dito... SVI is suffering from a major cash strap lately (the software services at least, i dunno about the rest), baka madamay yung ibang subsidiaries nila.

i am about to earn my degree in college...am planning to the call center ryd! had my resume submitted to SVI Connect's HR... i just saw the add on one of the leading newspapers...do tel me a thing or two bout SVI...i heard that this center is VERIZON's largest vendor! *** is VERIZON? thanx!

disconcerting news about svi existed long before i joined the company but still the company stands...svi exam is still by far the most difficult exam you could encounter if youre trying to get your hands on the call center industry...sayang lang kase ang papanget ng tinatanggap na agents.hahahahaha.
