tara emptybutfull and Marycha pwede ako dyan, basta ultra lang ah para medyo accessible and di crowded. PM me if interested![]()
Sure, kailan nyo balak?
Basta afford ko ang swimming class fee, go ako.
Update ko lang:
YMCA Manila Downtown -
Membership Fee: 2800php (1 Year unlimited use of Swimming Pool)
Lockers: 480php ( 1 year then, bring your own padlock)
Pero di ako nagavail nung sa lockers, puro *** nasa pinakababa nalang ang available and sabi *** iba daw on sira. Super safe naman to leave things as puro members lang naman ang nakakapasok. Puro chinese ang nagswiswim. Malinis *** pool, and di matapang ang chlorine.
plus, it is a covered lap pool unlike ultra which an olympic style pool. mayroon malalim. there are also heaters at the shower room.
medyo malamig yun tubig kasi hindi na aarawan. during summer, half of the pool is alloted to members and the other half is used for the swimming lessons.
I dropped by AFPCOC this morning and met with one of the coaches of Active Lifestyle group.
Eto ang sched sa AFP

AM
8-9 or 9-10 or 8-10
PM

6-7 or 7-8 or 6-8
He offered 2 packages.
Package 1 - basic freestyle, backstroke and survival swimming (3K) 1hr/session x 10 sessions
Package 3 - all 4 strokes advance plus T.I. (I didn't ask what is T.I.) (5K) 1hr/session x 10 sessions
Kung mag 2 hrs/session, that will save you 250 pesos sa pool fee.![]()
/\
T.I. is total immersion swimming...
Parang ganun...
Saan yung AFP Pool?![]()
i'm already 24, do you guys think na it's too late for me to learn how to swim??
Galing ako kaninang umaga sa Marikina Sports Complex and I asked for a swimming lessons details, meron sila sa Feb, and the rate is 250 per session. So papalo siya ng 2500php for 10 sessions.
DAJavi, it's not too late yet, I just turned 24 last November. hahaha.
/\
yep. that's within the normal rate of swim lessons...
Mas mura sa BLSS pero are you willing to go to their swim venues?
