Hey guys, do u know of any trainer who trains adult beginners in Marikina Sports complex? I know one already pero just wondering if there are others who could be offering it for a lesser fee.

Pumunta ako sa Ultra nung isang araw and yung pool pala nila doon is open, like walang bubong, yoko umitim lalo haha. Sino sa mga nagswiswimming gumagamit ng sunblock para maminimize yung burn? My friend recommended me yung oil-based na sunblock, though I haven't had luck seeing one.

may group po ba dito na nagsswim sa amoranto? gusto ko kasing gawing regular yung pagswim ko, kaya lang every saturday lang pwede yung mga classmates ko. pwede po ba sumali sa group para hindi ako ma-OP kapag mag-isa lang ako. thanks po.

Tanong ko lang kung papaano aayusin yung langoy ko, may kiling kasi yung langoy ko sa right side, hindi ko alam kung sa side breathing yung problema o yung galaw ng kamay ko,

Si maam christy/kristy/cristie whatever spelling ng pangalan nya. nagtuturo *** sa marikina sports complex. 2200 for 10 sessions yung inoffer nya saken nun e. pwede din *** sa begginers. if u need her number msg me nalang dito.

I have questions sa mga MASA swimmers. i swim at marikina sports park po kaya lang hindi ko masyadong masingit yung time kasi mejo malayo at gabi na pag dating ko don from work. gusto ko sana itry sa MASA kaya lang 1pm to 3pm lang available time ko. ok ba mag lap swimming don ng ganung time? FYI, may fear of water po ako. what i mean is malakas yung imagination ko pag lumalangoy like feeling ko may kasabay akong pating or whatever pag magisa/wala masyadong kasamang lumangoy. my question po is may mga makakasabay ka ba don ng ganung time slot? haha. sorry pero iba talaga yung phobia ko sa water although marunong ako lumangoy. hehe.

Anyone here enrolled there? I'm planning to take classes po. Nung early years ko kasi nalunod kami ng kapatid ko sa may beach sa Gen Trias, goodthing there's a guy there who saved us. Ayun nagka trauma kami haha never na kami nag beach so gusto ko alisin fears ko sa tubig. Hope you reply back guys thanks!

Hi, I'm new here? Magisa akong naglalangoy every weekend. Ngayon gusto ko sana may makasabay na lumangoy para maging fun ulit ang workout. So if there are still some swim club sa marikina o kahit may makasabay man lang. I would like to join you guys. Thanks

Share ko lang.

At my age(malapit na ko mawala sa kalendaryo), di ako marunong lumangoy until a good friend of mine
taught me the basics ng swimming earlier this year lang.

After 4 sessions(1 session per wk), natuto ako ng breast stroke though i could only make it
halfway ng pool sa Ultra. Then on the 6th week, I was able to cross the whole stretch(50m ba yun)
then pabalik kahit na tumitigil ako midway. Fulfillment na sa akin yun, the fact na takot ako lumangoy sa
malalim.

Natigil lang lessons ko dahil sa conflicting schedule sa office.

Regularly sya lumalangoy dun. Every Tuesdays and Thursdays ng morning.
I'm planning to go back para naman matuto ng freestyle
So, sa mga adult beginners like me, may pag asa pa
Pwede nyo kami samahan to those na gusto rin matuto.
